Our Directors

The wealth of experience we have amongst our key personnel ensures we can tailor a solution for all signage applications. This experience flows through our company fr­om our Directors, Project Managers and Installation Manager to our experienced hands on production staff. Directors, Ryan and Andrew, understand that their employees are their greatest asset and work closely with them on each and every project Signscope undertakes.

Ryan Westley

Ryan is a qualified Industrial Designer who has more than 15 years experience in the signage industry. He has garnered a wide skill set from his experience across a number of industries and countries. His acquired expertise and passion for the signage industry is a rare combination, making him a valuable Director of Signscope and Trio sign solutions.

After graduating as an Industrial Designer from the University of Johannesburg, Ryan worked for a small signage company designing and building exhibition displays. His career progressed when he commenced work as an Industrial Designer at Kitemark in South Africa where he managed and worked in the prototype department. Ryan gained valuable skills in quality workmanship and realised his love for design.

His career continued to evolve as he travelled overseas working in a variety of industries including construction, building, manufacturing and demolition. In 2001, Ryan moved to Australia and worked as a Graphic and 3D Exhibition Designer at the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. Ryan transitioned into the signage industry and worked and managed a variety of companies within Australia. During this time he received the gold award at the ASGA for design and install of vehicle wrap graphics.

By 2010, Ryan had developed the knowledge, experience and desire to establish his own signage company. Collaborating with Andrew Baohm, this created the perfect partnership to make Trio sign solutions a reality.

In 2018, Ryan and Andrew also acquired Signscope, one of Adelaide’s leading corporate and architectural signage companies. Ryan continues to dedicate his time to building the companies and enjoys spending time with his family.

Andrew Baohm

Andrew has a long standing background in the photographic and signage industry in South Australia. For more than 25 years, he has worked as a Professional Photographer, Marketing Manager and most recently as Director of Ochre Digital and Trio sign solutions and Signscope.

For the past 15 years, Andrew has been the Business Development Director for all three of these signage entities. In 2019, Andrew made the decision to sell his share of Ochre Digital to continue concentrating on the growth of Signscope and Trio sign solutions.

Andrew is incredibly proud of their portfolio of work that highlights some of the most recognisable signage projects in South Australia.

The success of the companies is just reward for the integrated knowledge and expertise of the directors and staff who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of workmanship and standards within the signage industry.

Having been immersed in the Adelaide community for his entire life, Andrew has supported a number of organisations including the Adelaide Zoo, the MS Society of South Australia, he spent several years as a board member for Foundation 21, Kids with Down Syndrome and has volunteered his time for many community and charity projects.

Outside of work, Andrew is an avid motorsport enthusiast, competing regularly at motorsport events. He is a member of the CAMS motor race panel of South Australia and previously was involved in the TARMAC Junior Development Program teaching 12-15 year old kids how to compete in motorsport.
